You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

I think the Secret Owl Cup is one of the most precious porcelain items I have had the impulse to spoil myself with. It looks beautiful with its cute mushrooms and owl hand crafted images. A skillfully made piece of art to me. Lovely.
